Wedding Photography FAQs
How do you photograph weddings?
I love being by your side to help you before your wedding day.
I will send you a guide to help you organize your day to help me know which wedding parts, poses, and family members you are most wanting me to capture.
On your wedding day, my goal is to capture all the feelings, the calm and crazy moments, and all the details that tell the story of your amazing day! After all, it will be the photographs left where you will be able to relive this special day again and again!
Where are you based and do you travel?
I'm Owen Sound (Grey Bruce) based in Ontario Canada, and yes I love to travel! All wedding packages include 100 km with an additional $1.50/km if needed.
When will we get our photos?
All wedding packages will receive a sneak peek within 2 days of the wedding date provided full payment has been received. Then, you will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within a maximum of 4 weeks (sometimes less depending on the season I photograph your love story). You can download and share all the photos from the gallery, choose your favourites, and order prints!
How many pictures will we receive?
No matter the wedding package chosen, you will receive all the best photos of the session, which are all edited. I always choose quality rather than quantity and that's why I will choose the best and most significant photos to tell your story.
General Photography FAQs
When will we get our photos?
Provided full payment has been received, you will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within 2 weeks (sometimes less, sometimes a little more depending on the season and session I photograph your story). Once your photos are ready, you can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favourites, and order various prints and items!
How many photos will we receive?
You will receive all photos taken after session is culled, not-so-nice ones removed, and remainder edited in .JPG format. I do not provide any RAW files!
How should we dress for our family session?
Every family has their own perception on how to dress. Some families like to match and others like to mismatch. However, try not to wear colours that would clash with your session's surroundings!
We don’t feel very confident in front of the camera, is that ok?
Absolutely! Not everyone feels great having their photos taken. I will try my utmost best to work with your feelings, thoughts, and poses. Let me know which side is your best ;)
What is your payment schedule?
I require a 25% deposit upon booking. Full payment is due by the day of the event and/or before photos are released. I can offer various payment options, which can be discussed; however, full payment must be completed prior to photos being released.
How long have you been in business?
I officially created Photos 4 Infinity in 2017; however, I started photographing friends/family/events in 2009
Where are you based and do you travel?
I'm Owen Sound (Grey Bruce) based in Ontario Canada, and yes I love to travel! At least 50km is included in any photography packages (not including Wedding packages). An additional $1.50km will be added. However, no worries as I always try to find the less expensive way to travel because I love finding new places to share with my clients!
How will I receive my photos?
After I have culled through all the photos taken, I edit every photograph and upload them to an online private cloud-based viewing gallery. Once your session is fully paid, I will email you the instructions so you can download and share all your photos.
Can I share my online gallery with my friends and family?
Absolutely! All your pictures will be posted onto an online gallery that will be password protected where you can view and share with friends and family for up to three (3) months. You will also use this gallery to select your favourite photos for any printing services you choose.
What’s the best time to have a session with a newborn?
The best time is when your newborn usually sleeps and just after being fed. However, these sessions are always on the newborn's schedule - they run the show :)
Can I provide a list of poses/ideas?
Absolutely. I encourage any ideas you may want to share for creativity purposes. Many clients will use Pinterest and Google to research ideas.
Can I print my photos elsewhere?
Yes! You will be provided full personal usage rights to print your photos with another vendor. You can post your photos on your social media - we only require that you tag Photos 4 Infinity. You cannot use these photos for resalable purposes, use them in any other print media other than for your personal use, or any photo contests.
How do you generally photograph?
I find I am more of a lifestyle photographer. I love listening to my clients and their stories. My goal is to always capture the love and laughter of you and your family. I love to capture the true raw candid shots.
Where will you take our photos?
I photograph on location and can pick a location; such as, the beach, a rustic location, open fields, historic scenery, romantic scenery or at a location that you desire or have discovered. I can also come to your home so you will have a beautiful photo without having to leave the comfort of your home. This works very well with newborn sessions as the baby would be more comfortable. I can also attend any life events, milestones, and celebrations that you would like me to capture!
