For this document, Photos 4 Infinity Photography will herein be referred to as “The Photographer”. The client, individual, or Site visitor will be herein referred to as “The Client”.
This policy solely references the information collected on this “Site” (www.photos4infinity.ca) and in inquiring with The Photographer and/or hiring The Photographer via the contact forms. The Photographer may utilize companies or services to carry out the scope of her work which have their privacy statements. It is "the client's" responsibility to ensure they understand and follow each of these privacy statements.
Information Collection & Usage
When you access this Site, The Photographer collects certain personal information such as your name, telephone number, email address, billing/shipping address and any voluntary personal identifying information through the contact form and email communications. This information may also be collected when The Client signs a session contact with The Photographer.
The information collected on this Site will only be used for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy or indicated on the relevant pages of our Site. We will not use your data beyond what we disclose in this Privacy Policy. We collect data solely for the purpose of Client identification, communication and to provide any inquired services. Information will not be sold or provided to third-parties or used in any illegal manner. Information may be shared with third parties when it is necessary, such as:

- If it is required for any legal proceedings,
- To prove or protect our legal rights, and
- To buyers or potential buyers of this company in event that we seek to sell the company.

How Long We Store Personal Data
User data will be stored until the purpose the data was collected for has been achieved. However, your name and email address may be retained for future marketing campaigns unless The Client advises to opt out of these campaigns.

In order to protect your security, we use the strongest available browser encryption and store all of our data on servers in secure facilities. All data is only accessible to our employees. Our employees are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and a breach of this agreement would result in the employee's termination.

This Privacy Policy may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to our data collection process. When we amend this Privacy Policy, we will post a notice on our Site. We recommend that our users periodically review our Privacy Policy to ensure that they are notified of any updates.
